Working in close partnership with the Principal, the Board is responsible for advancing the school’s mission, upholding its values, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.

The Board’s primary responsibilities include overseeing governance, providing financial stewardship, and supporting the development of strategic plans that align with the vision of Westfield Secondary School. While the Principal and Senior Leadership Team manage the day-to-day operations — including academic programs, staffing, and student development — the Board maintains a governance role and does not engage in operational or personnel matters.
